Video Mapping brings together cinematic visuals and stage lighting design to create a unique experience. This approach aims to explore new ways of telling stories, connecting traditional stage lighting with modern multimedia techniques. The goal of this workshop was to find fresh ways to use lighting and visuals that fully tell a story and create a dialogue between classic stage lighting and its modern, digital forms.

Participants are encouraged to rethink how space is used, viewing buildings and objects as responsive surfaces that come alive with light and projection. The mix of analog and digital media opens up new dimensions for telling a story in space.

In the deconsecrated church of St. Ambrose in Hradec, the focus is on using light to set the mood, capture attention, and uncover hidden layers of meaning in the environment.
